Schwung respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care. In this statement you can read which data we process on schwung.ai, why, how long and which rights you have. We keep it as short and clear as we can.

Which data do we process?

We process the data you provide to us yourself, the data that is technically needed to make the website work, and, only with your consent, statistics about your visit.

Data you provide yourself

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• The content of your message or request

You share this data when you fill in the contact form on our website, or when you email or call us. You decide yourself which data you send us, only your name, email address and message are needed in order to reply.

Technical data

Our website is hosted via Netlify. For the operation and security of the site, technical data may be processed in the process, such as your IP address, the type of browser and the time of your visit. We do not use this data to track you personally.

Statistics (Google Analytics)

With your consent we measure anonymously, via Google Analytics, how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and through which channel. This lets us improve the site. We deploy Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode: as long as you do not give consent, no statistics cookies are placed and your data is not used for measurement. You can always adjust your choice via Cookie preferences.

What do we use your data for?

• To answer your question or request and to keep in contact with you.
• To prepare and carry out a quote or collaboration.
• To keep the website safe and working well.
• To measure and improve the use of the website, with your consent.

The basis for contact and collaboration is the performance of an agreement or the steps preceding it, and our legitimate interest in running our business and securing our website. For statistics via Google Analytics the basis is your consent. You can always withdraw that consent again.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data any longer than is needed for the purposes above, or for as long as we are legally obliged to keep it. We keep correspondence and project data for the duration of the collaboration and a reasonable period thereafter. Statistics data in Google Analytics is kept according to the retention period set there.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. We do engage service providers who help us, such as our hosting, email and statistics party. Where needed, we make agreements with these processors about the protection of your data. Our website runs at Netlify; messages you send via the contact form are processed by Netlify and forwarded to us. For statistics we use Google Analytics (Google). In doing so, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies to work and, only with your consent, statistics cookies from Google Analytics. We do not place any advertising or marketing cookies. Read more about it in our cookie statement.

How do we secure your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. Our website is fully secured with an https connection. Do you have the impression that your data is not properly secured, or are there indications of misuse? Then please get in touch with us.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or have your personal data deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask for restriction, and have your data transferred. If you gave consent earlier, you can always withdraw it again.
